At work, l always read SN on my break (Supermarket News). It is directed towards grocery store management, but has a lot of articles about marketing, which l have a sincere interest in and plan to pursue as a career.

Are there any magazines like this that l can get for personal reading? hahaha. I am strange..

l would prefer one with no or a low subscription fee, also.

Try Progressive Grocer magazine

l would recommend Success magazine. It has been in print for over 100 years & it is a must read for anyone in sales, network marketing, marketing, advertising. It is motivational & educational. There r dozens of books that can help u develop not only as a person but in ur career. l would recommend these to get u started: How to win friends & influence people, the 7 habits of highly effective people,the closer, raving fans, gung ho, encore effect. There r dozens more like these. They wont teach u the latest advertising or marketing techniques, but they will teach u how to understand people. Knowing how to ''read'' a persons body language & understanding the slight changes in there tone of voice can help in any field. My answer may not be exactly what u were expecting, but it is the same advice l will give my own children when they r ready for it. Good luck!
