l started at the bottom and now im a DAIRY 21C (second in charge) for a big chain supermarket (coles) The boss said l have a max of 3 months to learn everything l need to know so l can take the reigns and be manager of the dairy.
Im 18(just), is this good for my age? Do people stay with supermarket chains their wholes lifes? What do you think?
(ive also been deli 2IC and manager when needed so l think ill be right in 3 months) =)


What sort of job do you have?

l think that is an awesome job for you age. l have been in managment positions since l was 16 and still am and now 24. l dont intend on being a lifer but for now its a good job and l live fairly comforatably. Just keep working and maybe one day you will be a CEO.

l think making to manager at 18 s a wonderful feat and yes, some people do stay with supermarkets their whole lives. its not something to be ashamed of, its not like your bagging till your 80, your in charge! you go girl!

Depends on whether or not you enjoy it and can do it for the rest of your life, it is god that your a manager but will a managerial role be too hard and to much responsibility for you?
