l recently submitted my application to this restaurant (after l filled it out in the place), and did not list any ''Basic References.''

I am really worried/scared now that l might not get the job (or call for an interview). The hiring process wo not start until another week. l guess that is my big mistake when filling out forms. Anyone got a call/job that still did not list any references?

l do not work there, but it is common industry practice to contact references AFTER the interview. So if they are interested in your application you should still get an interview , just be sure to bring your reference information with you in case they ask for it then.
