Not if it is company policy, but you can always ask.

l have never heard of an employer allowing anyone to skip the 90 days. You can ask but be prepared to be told no, the employer has to follow rules regarding the insurance company and they will look at you as a ''new benefit'' and will have to have 90 days of documented work at full time.
