I am a recent high school grad and have do not really have an interest in anything. Please do not say take a couple of classes in college to see what interests you. l KNOW THAT!!! :D I am sick and tired of hearing that over and over and over again. l need some realhere. l am looking for a fun and exciting career. l do not want a traditional 9-5 office job or anything, l want an adventurous job that will allow me to travel the world. l do not wanna be a pilot or travel agent though. l want it to be well paying job, not a tour guide or anything. l knwo for sure I am not cut out for math and science, so I am kind of thinking business might be ideal for me...say International Business. I am the type of person who knows when l do not like something and l know that l do not like anything because I've done tons and tons of research on every single job and career. I've also taken plenty of classes in anything that l think may interest me. I am also trying to figure out what some hot careers are in the future, but everything that is going to be hot and growing includes: IT and health, which l obviously do not like. l know you might be thinking, why doesnt' she figure it out on her own, but come on l really need some help here. l was home schooled, so do not really have any guidance. l just wanna know of some unique, fun, adventurous, travel filled and exciting jobs that are going to be hot in the future. l know you're probably going to say, follow your heart......but l really do not know. PLEASE PLEASE help me.

United States Army. They will test you to find out your strengths and weaknesses regarding career choices and train you. They will teach you discipline and respect. The military is great for people who have drive and determination but do not know what to do with it.

OMG! Business is PERFECT for u because it is general enough to allow changes, but also it is specific enough for u to have something to work towards & call ur own (major).and international business is really great!

l love love, other cultures & the idea of business so l looked into this as well! unfortunately, calculus was a pre-requisite for the business school at my college (and l failed it), so now i'm an ENGLISH MAJOR! (yay..not really).. l am not very fond of english as a major, but it is never been trouble for me.unlike science & math.blahhh

l would recommend u read books about ur desired career.seriously, l do not like reading (ah..why am l in english?), but books do help.if u can get past the first few chapters, it might give u more guidance & ideas.
for global business/economy, l recommend:

Freakonomics ~Steven D. Levitt

they're pretty easy reads.repetitive at times, but they can give u a look into what business people sometimes discuss.

okay.then consider looking into economics.the economy is not doing well right now, but in a few years, who knows what will happen.

you should also keep in mind that what u major in college is NOT what job u r going to do:
MAJOR DOES NOT EQUAL CAREER.
instead, it is just the feild u MIGHT work in.so really do find something you're interested in & do well in it..it is just a field & every field has a bazillion different jobs that could be of interest.

okay, now here r some jobs that might include travel:
1. import/export
2. International Buyer (if u like shopping.)
3. Consultant
4. International Marketing

just remember that almost any job these days can require travel because it is easier for companies to work internationally, so u do not have to specifically pick an international job.just ask the employer if there r traveling opportunities when u get the job.(that is a while from now).

Nobody wants a 9-5 job. Who has the ambition to work their way up to working in a cubicle? Not much fun. Something that might interest u is eBay. l am sure u have either bought or sold something there before. Why not make a career out of it? Find a niche. Look for a product u enjoy & share it with others. If u do not have the money to buy a bunch of something in bulk, no problem. Start with drop shipping. You can look into the idea here.solution-reviews.com. Maybe this site will give u some ideas. It has a whole section on where to start if u want a wholesale & drop ship business.
