l ama CumLaude graduate from a reputable school.l go to interviews on time, about 15-30 mins early.l come in prepared and well dressed.l speak good english (since its not our native language), and l believe l answer questions well.But why does it seem that no company wants to hire me.Help! l really need a job!

By the way, l get good results for tests that companies require before the interview.

maybe the way you are answering questions they ask, honestly most employers are looking for certain things, you may just not be answering the questions that they are asking with the that they wanna hear. for example what should your starting salary be, you probably say 30 gran, the correct answer that they wanna hear is slave wages.

Most interviewers keep certain things in mind while looking out for candidates. They r always on the lookout for even the most smallest mistake during the interview because they have a lot of candidates to choose from. You probably have the right set of credentials & attitude but those companies were not meant for you.

Your company is just probably waiting around the corner & l reckon u will do good in the next 2-3 interviews. Keep ur head & confidence high & get ready to rock the new company!

It is a common answer that interviewers look for someone similar to themselves. given that many HR interviewers r basic graduates from undesirable colleges & come from WASP backgrounds, l would guess that ur background is possibly a factor.
get friends to think up questions u would be asked at each interview, & rehearse what u would say. get said friends to adjust ur English if it is too formal or correct - this is a dead giveaway for a person whose English is a second language.
It is a horrible thought that u r not making the cut because of factors beyond ur control, but u have to get past these rednecks & that is why l am suggesting the above.

Get ready to tell lies & kiss ass. Tell the interviewers what they want to hear, like if they ask when u will be avaliable to work, instead of saying that u will be able to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, say ''Whenever they need you''

When they ask why u want the job say '' l want to demonstrate my best abilities & improve my skills in [Insert Field of Work Here].

When they ask u what ur biggest weakness is, say '' l work too hard'' or some other BS like that

That is the gist of what u need to do
